Releases, downloads, and per-version notes all live on GitHub.
Latest release
GitHub Releases is the canonical source for every build and its notes:

Per-release notes are attached to each tag — read the notes and compatibility caveats for the version you are running. On macOS and Linux you can also install from Homebrew Core:

Every release is built by GoReleaser
: one archive per supported OS/architecture target (macOS and Linux as .tar.gz, Windows as .zip), each bundling README.md and LICENSE. Releases also include checksums-vVERSION.txt with a SHA-256 digest for every archive. For the full target matrix, archive names, and verification steps, see Installation

Each binary records its version, commit, and build date — print them with hack-browser-data version
